Address Builders and Developers LLP is a partnership firm constituted in the year 2021 at Asramam, Kollam. The partners of the firm are Mr J Rajagopal and Mr Rahul R S.

J Rajagopal is a renowned name in the jewelry business segment of Kollam for the past 40 years and is a known figure in the business and cultural face of Kollam. Rahul is a graduate in Civil engineering from TKM College of Engineering , Kollam and a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Rajagiri Business School, Cochin.

After a stint of 4 years in the housing finance industry (Deputy Manager at HDFC Ltd), he shifted his focus into Construction. Combining the educational background, industry exposure and work experience of completing multiple individual residential units, Address builders and Developers LLP is venturing into its first Condominium project, Address Ashramam at Ashramam, Kollam.
